BCIS Limited was incorporated in July 1988 as a wholly Nigerian company and started doing business in September 1988,  providing  Information Technology Services to our clients, who are mainly oil and energy related. 

Our offices are located at Plot 14, Old Aba Road,  off  PH/Aba Express Road, by Rumukwurushi junction, near Shell R/A Port Harcourt; Plot 105, Airport Road, Warri and 1b, Tinuade Street, Off Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos. 

We provide total support in the areas of personal computer procurement, maintenance of personal computer hardware and peripherals, software development, training on software applications,  Identification and Access Control Solutions (ACS), Internet Service Provider (ISP), Wireless Data Communication (WDC), Computer Aided Designs (CAD), Local Area Network (LAN), Document Image Processing and Multimedia Integration, Video Conferencing, Leasing/Rental of computer hardware and others, in a dynamic information technology environment.
